Course Description:
Deadlines, staffing shortages and increasing demands are regularly cited reasons why professionals fade into burnout. While the realities of these factors cannot be denied, there are ways to lead a life of purpose despite the challenges posed by work and life. Time management skills do impact our ability to accomplish our goals…even our most treasured ones. What distinguishes those who maneuver through the challenges to lead successful lives at every stage of life? Are there plans we should be initiating, whatever our age, to facilitate a quality life in retirement? Are there health benefits to defining our purpose and leading our lives in ways to support that purpose? To discover the answer to these questions and more, join us to discover how we can better lead our lives on purpose.
