Course Description:
Come learn tips on how to be resilient after the holidays have passed - often the most difficult time of the year! Learn the differences between seasonal depression, clinical depression, and situational depression from a master’s level clinical social worker who specializes in aging and mental health. The speaker will end with the GOOD NEWS about the brain and mood, tips for lowering dementia risk, and what works to keep us emotionally well.
APRNS, RNs, LPNs, LMHTs will earn 3 contact hours. Social workers, LPCs, LCPCs, and psychologists will earn 3 diagnosis contact hours. ACHAs will earn 3 (RC) contact hour.
Approval is pending for 2.75 hours for occupational and physical therapists.
