Course Description:
This interactive seminar is designed to describe the biomechanics of running gait and how to use gait analysis, functional movement screening, running analysis and your biomechanical evaluation to identify the causes and compensations of lower extremity and spine dysfunction in runners. Learn how the knee affects the opposite heel, how the ankle affects the hip, and how the hip affects the achilles. Additionally, you will learn how to design an effective interventional program to get your runners back to running by incorporating aspects of manual therapy and functional exercise.
