We intend to present a novel approach on how to manage low back dysfunction using a method that is predictable and can be used system wide with predictable outcomes. This approach utilizes three dimensional (3D) mobilization and manipulation of spine dysfunction (3DMP) which recognizes and embraces a more contemporary paradigm in management of failed back surgery syndrome (FSLBS). New 3DMP protocols can help therapists effectively identify injured and dysfunctional disc and facet complexes so that skills can be applied at appropriate times. Upon completion of this workshop, attendees will have gained the added skillset that will enable them to play an even greater role in solving the FSLBS enigma.
