Course Description:

This 3-hour course teaches you the skills and knowledge to more effectively manage your lymphedema and
lipedema patients with practical compression solutions to Integrate Into your physical therapy plan of care.
JOBST• offers a comprehensive range of innovative compression products that enhance therapeutic outcomes
through improved patient compliance. This course will utilize educational slides, lectures, patient case studies,
live demonstrations, and hands-on learning to provide solutions for the treatment of your lymphedema and
lipedema patients. You will learn about assessment and treatment options for these patients, with an emphasis
on appropriate garment recommendations for patients from mild to severe clinical presentations. You will learn
about the optimal use and indications of compression for edema of the trunk (including breast and genital
regions), upper and lower extremities, and head & neck. You will also learn about the difference between
lymphedema and lipedema. This course will educate you about compression options during decongestion and
maintenance phases of treatment, including daytime and nighttime options as well as ready-to-wear and
