o   Course Objective:
   To learn advanced skills in the evaluation and treatment for lumbopelvic pain using a collaborative multidisciplinary approach
o   Theme:
   The challenge in assessing and treating complex lumbopelvic pain has been limited by our traditional understanding of anatomy, evaluation and functional testing of this region. Participants of this conference will gain new insights into lumbopelvic anatomy, biomechanics, functionality and stability. A secondary goal of this conference is in developing a collaborative team approach to the diagnosis and treatment of lumbopelvic pain to optimize patient outcomes.
o   Narrative:
   This learning experience, which will include the attendee’s participation, will focus on “patient centered” experiences, helping them address the challenges they face when working with puzzling patients.
o   Mission statement
   Changing the world for the better through excellence in education and collaboration of like-minded physical medicine professionals
o   Collaborative Puzzle Solutions:
   Through a case report format, integrated with evidence-informed theory, the C3 team will demonstrate how multidisciplinary collaboration facilitates all aspects of care for the individual patient with complex, persistent symptoms and impairment of function in the lumbopelvic region.
   Regenerative orthopedic physicians will focus on ultrasound guided imaging combined with functional testing for anatomical integrity.
   Physical therapists and allied health will focus on assessing, treating, and training form/force closure, fascial integrity, mobility/flexibility and advanced core strategies with regenerative treatments.
